Welcome, grab a cup of tea and get stuck into some thought-provoking journalling prompts.

Shining light on your thoughts and feelings is the best way to figure out how to change them.
Module 2: No one's looking at you anyway

We're going to go deep into a psychological phenomenon that might be stopping you getting in front of the camera. Don't worry though, I have some tips for overcoming it too.
Module 3: see yourself

It's time to get real about what you see when you look in the mirror. We'll deal with your negative self-talk and I'm going to share the thing that has been the single most effective thing I've done on my journey to feel comfortable in my own skin.
module 4: the camera always lies

Lenses, mirrors and perspective - I explain why you might see two photos of yourself at the same event and love one but hate the other.
